The Rig Sight™ system has optical channel isolation and a sampling rate of over 30+ times a second, providing the type of accurate, real-time, drilling information that you need to promptly identify rig activities, drilling events and make proactive decisions.

Our latest generation standalone gas detection system incorporates the newest infrared technology in the industry today. Continental Laboratories worked with industry leaders in the development of a system that could accurately read low and high levels of methane gases in environments where heavy gases are present, but still work accurately in the presence of high concentrations of constant background levels of hydrocarbon gases and oxygen depleted atmospheres.

This latest generation of standalone gas detection technology incorporates an integrated high speed PLC controller that provides optical channel isolation and a fully integrated one second data store. Real time data can be sent via WITS Ethernet or RS 485 at a user defined interval. The technology utilized in this system provides our customers with a stable, accurate, and virtually maintenance-free standalone gas detection system that operates superbly within the harsh environments of the Oil and Gas industry.
